Whenever I take Clarityne, Clarinese, Aerius or related antihistamine for my Flu, the side-effect for me is that I tend to have difficulty in urination. My personal experience in taking the natural extract from the berries of Saw Palmetto is very positive; it overcomes the urination difficulty quite effectively.

Saw Palmetto is a palm Serenoa repens, found commonly in Florida and is used to treat symptoms of enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hypertrophy, or BPH), such as increased night-time urination or decreased urinary flow. (From Yahoo! Health).

Unfortunately, I have not found the Palm in Malaysia. If anyone has any information of where we can get the Palm tree here in Malaysia or where to get the seeds/seedlings, please post the information here.

For now I have to take the commercial capsules (made from the berries of Saw Palmetto). So it is NOT “free2cure” but I thought this positive personal experience is useful to share here.
